Hi folks, need your help! Urgently.
OINP PNP Outland Candidate(UAE resident), Online permaanent residency application rejected.
I wrote the following in the webform. Please advise, what to do in this scenario.
What I did so far;
- Raised a webform with the given below content.
- Asked about my Visa Office at this email address: cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca
What I am planning to do;
- Contact IRCC directly, giving my UCI, I will raise this concern with the representative, hopefully, they will be able to lead us to the right person and our application gets re-opened.
- I tried creating another PR application from my profile, but it says, one application is already in progress.
- We are planning to create another PR Application and ask OINP to extend the expiry (from Dec 7th, 2021) of the Nomination Certificate, and re-issue the same on our new profile, as our EE Application got rejected due to incompleteness of the documents.
- How can we complain about the webforms not reaching Visa Officer i.e. our application is not updated with the documents we had attached in Webform?

| Dear team, I, Mr FH, principal applicant for the application bearing profile number E00211XXX, writing to request you to re-open my Permanent Residence Application as It has been rejected citing incomplete document. The reason given in the rejection letter is that, PCC provided for accompanying partner does not cover the full period of residence in Pakistan. While submitting the application, we provided the PCC for the residence after Marriage (18 Jan 2020 till the date of application submission i.e. 4th Aug, 2021), but we raised a second webform on Aug 16th, 2021 (First webform we raised on 6th Aug, 2021). In the second webform, we provided the PCC for the accompanying partner dating from 27th Sept, 1994 till 18th Jan, 2020. It seems this PCC did not get attached to our file and hence the Visa application officer could not find it and rejected the application. We would like to request you to look into this matter as the document has been provided shortly after the submission, and we received the Acknowledgement from IRCC.CECSCDoNotReply-NePasRespondreCSCEC.IRCC@cic.gc.ca on Oct 19, 2021, that only priority enquiries will be responded, and also that any included attachments will be added to the file shortly. We humbly request you to kindly look into this case, as we provided the documents, but it seems they were not attached to our file. |
