Even my mom is in Bangalore, we did pay for passport pick up drop services and received AWB number through email. It's been 3 weeks and still waiting for courier person. Been contacting blue dart and VFS back & forth but no response.

My query is regarding SuperVisa application for my mother. We had applied on old portal (GC Key) on 6th Sept, 2021, and on 7th sept (Next Day), IRCC made a new rule that either we have to apply on new portal or have to apply for travel exemption.
We didn't do anything at that time, as we were not sure what is going on and chose to wait.
After a long wait, Feb 6, 2022 Medical passed. Before this we also raised a webform asking for travel exemption but never got a reply from visa office.
And as per some info, as NDVO is going to start work on full capacity from next week, My question is
Q1: Should I apply for my mother's SuperVisa on new portal or just wait here on GC key?
I know that we can tell them our old application no, along with old medical no. and biometrics no
Q2: If I apply on new portal, can I use the same documents such as Invitation letter from sponsor (daughter), proof of funds, documents showing ties in India such as property valuation report etc. dated back at that time, or should I get updated documents and then apply on new portal, as they will come to know that we have also applied before.

Hi Everyone,

I have applied for my mother's super visa application on Nov 26 from Gujarat, India. Biometrics completed on Dec 16. Recently, I have received an update on Feb 15 saying medicals passed. How long does it take after that to receive PPR? Also, how does one know which visa office is processing the application? To generate a web form, it is asking for a visa office, and not sure which one is looking into her file.

Any help would be appreciated.

My Initial application (New Delhi) was in November 2020 through GC key and then I applied again from New portal on Dec 23, 2022, upfront medical updated since Jan 14 but nothing happened so far. I applied 3rd application now on 9th March 2022 and let see now. I Don't think so that anyone have older file then me. I have sent lots of webform but they Don't even bother to reply. One last thing is in pipeline too for MP to check with them and if that doesn't work then only God can help.

My parents application was submitted Dec 2020 and still no update on the same. Reapplied on new IRCC portal March 04.

Hi Guys,
I have a query.
I applied for my father super visa on 22nd Oct 2021 and I got the supervisa counterfoil stamped on Passport on March 7th 2022.
The query I have is:
1) In the IRCC portal i see:
Final decision

• March 7, 2022 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.

BUT there is no message. The last message i received from IRCC was on 19th February for passport submission letter.
Should i expect some message?

2) Should I expect the counterfoil number somewhere mentioned in the IRCC portal? Right now the there is no mention of counterfoil number (which says your document is valid) in the application status on IRCC portal.
I remember when I got my work visa back in 2019, the counter foil number was mentioned in the application summary and it also mentioned that the document is valid.
Should i expect that in supervisa as well?

Please let me know.

I have decided to wait for 15-20 days more. Last update is of medical passed only.

I'm submitting documents on IRCC portal. They are asking to provide documents in " Consent Personal Information" & "Additional Documents". Could you please confirm what type of documents I have to provide in these two fields.

Further, I have merged all PDF files but not more than 2MB we can add size.

@canadian321 do we get a second AWB number after the passport reaches VFS office? Bluedart picked up the passport yesterday and it reached VFS global canada and i got another mail today mentioning a new Ref number and AWB number. Is this for the return?

yea, we get another number you can try using it in bluedart site now itself for tracking..for us we got back passport in 7-8 days from payment
