When you asked, I thought that you were speaking about the passport request. Don't know what they've requested from you so it is an answer that I cannot give

I was going over the request documents and the last page it says..
Passport must be submitted via the VAC to contact the VAC please see
with the email please advise, was it a passport request?

You're going to have to read the letter in full, completely, and double check. we can't tell you out of context.
