If you plan to marry in Hong Kong, why involve the Phils embassy? I do not think you need all the documents you have listed.

I take it that you and your gf are both Filipino. You were once married in Phils, divorced in Canada. But your Phils marriage will still show up at PSA and they won't give you a cenomar unless that marriage was annulled or your Canadian divorce recognized by Phils court order. I would think the point of marrying in HK is to avoid Phils requirements, including cenomar, no?
After marriage, do you intend to remain in the RP? Do you want your marriage registered with PSA, if so, why?
