Hey guys:
I worked full-time for 2.5 months while I was waiting for the confirmation of my degree. I did not know about this (yeah, foolish mistake as I came from Germany, where we were allowed to work 20/week or almost 1000 per year, and there were no restrictions on how many hours one could work per week). I did not work before that.
My PGWP got approved twice, and even my visitor visa as well. Now I'm applying for PR, and I've been working in the same company since then. I violated my study permit condition, so could it be a problem now? IRCC is giving me points for 2 years of work experience, while I should get points for only 1 year as of now. What can I do here?
