Timeline for Passport processing after PPR- VFS Sweden, Germany or Finland

Hello everyone,

Please which VFS office out of Sweden, Germany or Finland is the best option for sending passport after PPR.

I am in Estonia and will need to travel in a couple of weeks so I need to prioritize the fastest but have not found any information on which VFS office processes the counterfoil faster.

Will really appreciate feedback.
