Hello guys,

I am trying to get a visitor visa for my wife. I will apply to TRV soon for her but I confused at one point and I really need your advice.

Firstly let me introduce myself, I lived in Canada as a Student and then worked 1 year with my work permit.
My employer wants to work with me again and he applied to LMIA for myself but the LMIA process is still remaining.

I am at my home country right now with my wife. (My work permit expired but I have a visitor visa)

During Christmas holiday, my wife and I would like to visit my brother who is studying in Canada right now.
We would like to spend Christmas time together.

My wife tried to get study permit before and she got refused twice.
The reason was, I guess they didn't believe her for not returning back to her home country.
But that's not true. She is a general manager and works since 2011.

My question is, on her TRV aplication, should I mention my LMIA process or should I just tell them, look we will visit my brother and then will come back at this time?

What do you guys suggest to me?
Does LMIA application seems that we won't go back to our home country or does it good excuse?

Please I really need your advise.

Thank you so much guys.

I would not mention the LMIA. Just say you want to visit your brother. Make sure she mentions the previous refusals.

I have a question here on TRV.
I am going to move to Canada on study permit in May 2017. During my student visa application,I didn't apply for family members. In my application, I mentioned that my family will not be accompanied with me to Canada. Now I would like to apply for my wife & kid.My Q :-
1. Is it possible to apply TRV for my family members, before I move to Canada so that we can move together?
2. Or it is now only possible, after me arriving in Canada and then submit their application, appending the proof of my enrollment to the University?
