Reported a "Technical issue" through the website. Got no answer after 24 hours.
I called CIC today and explained the situation. They say they don't take those enquiries on the phone and I should fill an IRCC web form instead.
I withdrew my application and created a new one from scratch with the exact same information. I got the points that I was missing.

Hope this helps anyone facing a similar issue.

So the tech issue takes several days to reply - didn't do anything
Calling CIC - did nothing
IRCC webform is just used for SUBMITTED applications - didn't do anything
Creating a new profile - helped

So to take from that, if after 24 hours you haven't got the points, try creating a new ee profile.

You don't need to upload any documents. You just put the information about your work experience and the system is supposed to take care of the rest.

But then what about the signatures present in our original documents ....If the document has any other things like attestation s or something like that how can we type those ??
