Hello, i have completed bachelor in electrical engineering in may 2015 and did apply for diploma program electrical engineering technician- power in Mohawk college, Hamilton for January 2017. but i got rejection and there is reason that " your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of; your qualification, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment , langauge abilities, or your future prospects and plans." i already put my job certificate that i m doing from last 1 and half year but they giving me cash so i did not put salary statement and i have 5 backlogs in bachelor. i have also applied for caips file.Which reason may be responsible for rejection.? andnow what i have to do? I want to reapply after getting caips file.

U cannot have Bachelors
A be going for Diploma
It's either u go for Masters
Or PG...

Agree with Farko!

Backlogs do not affect your visa application

I have only 6 bands and I don't want to give IELTS again that's y i m trying in diploma.
You're trying diploma why? It's clear to me, that studies are not your real target. If it's clear to me, than it would be clear for IRCC as well that you are not bonafide student just because doing electrical techniciane course doesn't make sense after completion of bachelor in electrical engineering. Proper SOP would not help here no matter what you're going to write there.

Yes I agree with u. But around 50 % student go there for diploma course and degrade their study and also get visa. Even many of my friend got who r my college mate in bachelor. And I have no other option bcz have only 6 bands and 5 backlogs so masters is not possible and very less PG course with 6 bands which not field related.
