I have a Master of Science degree from my home country which I have not done ECA yet. On the other hand, I graduated 2-year diploma program in Canada. If I have filled EE entries regarding my existing situation, can I be eligible or not? Having an ECA is a must or not for entering the EE system?
I do not have Canadian work experience.

I dont have eca yet but canadian education. I was able to create a profile. I have canadian experience tho. You can try create yours and see if you come out as eligible

If you don't have ECA for your foreign education, It won't be accepted for EE. You can only use Canadian education, then! You'll lose out some points because your Master's from outside Canada couldn't be assessed!
