did you miss out sending those 2 photos and birth certificate along with your full docs that you sent to London office? if yes, why they want them again?
They asked for RPRF it means, youre gonna get your medical. your app go the green signal ! Cheers !

i provided all phtos and even the birth certificate copy , but still they are asking as addtl. documents. its bcoz they have a printed format and they just tick some . if ur lucky they will not tick more if not they ask the same documents which u submit b4, but PCC and Proof of Fund now a days they are asking again if they have dout. so always i recommend to provide thm with Time deposit receipt which is 3 months old (100% SAFE). hi, i really don't know why they ask for copy of educational documents again , i have already submitted colored copies of educational documents....i guess they have ready made template from where they select options and sending across the applicants....in letter they clearly mention allow us for months to response as all documents needs to be verified from issuing authority , now question is my last company is closed now ....if they are unable to find that companies.....?

ur 100% correct. they have readymade templates and they just tick mark. even in my case they asked 2 photos as addt.docment where as i send enough photos b4 with my full documents.
Usually VO london is not checking alll companies you have worked b4, and if you have kept copies of appointment letter or Emp. contract copy or visa page , they don't call and check at all .... so its fine

Agreed ! and i think its a good reason for them to make delays in processing (they are throwing ball in your court ) and i also read in the same forum , some times visa officer is on leave, some times back ground checks take long time ....any way i have attached bank statement from pakistan where by i am residing in kuwait...

yes ur Correct . its just a reason to delay . regarding you bank statement its 100% fine. you can show any a/c anywhere Even in Swiss. if its in your Name. and provided there is no big amount deposits recently....

Hi Guys,

I was very interested in reading your cases as I'm perfectly one of you with very similar timeline
I sent my full docs on 05 May, got AOR on 21 May was dated as 14 May. My status changed to In Process on 15 June and this day they also sent me a letter asking for additional docs. This letter was received on 21 June.

I sent those additional docs on 06 July and since then I'm waiting....

Let's keep each other updated on what's happening. (Hopefully very soon))

HI Friends,

They asked for marriage certificate. I think they got confused when one of my pay slips described me as single where the application form stated the family status as married. The reason of difference is that I didn't tell officially at my workplace that I got married.

I submitted my marriage certificate together with all the other documents at the time of application but VO wanted me to confirm my material status again instead of just rely on the already submitted certificate. They also asked me to explain the situation.

This letter from them wasn't send by email. I got it by regular post but I answered in email and attached the scanned version of asked documents. I sent the email to the general main contact email address of my VO.

I wanted to share with you that some hours after I had sent the last post to you I was informed by my lawyer that MEDICAL REQUEST had arrived to their office!!!!!!!!!!!
Visa office asked for RPRF as well.

I'm SO HAPPY and SURPISED!!!! One step ahead!!!!! I hope my medical condition shouldn't be a problem.

Hopefully you will receive your letters as soon as I did.

I am happy for you guys, at least they have asked you guys to send additional documents, all of us were in the same boat, i mean processing of the application. They started processing mine on the 29th of June, but i have not heard from them again.

1) My question is does it mean my paper work is fine and no additional papers are needed?

2) I have additional documents that i think might be relevant.

The papers are

1) Since it was in a different country i have copies of my residence permit

2) Copies of work permit in my old passport.

3) A copy of my consular card to show the length of time i stay and worked in that country.


I hope it is not a problem if i send these documents to them.

hi canadaforall,

i don't think so they will need these documents , what i analyze they only check police report , educational documents , funds and experience letters with job description,

only thing which is concerned to them is birth certificate of you and your spouse rest of the things are not that essential because they know they can't keep track of every thing....
