My NOC-1111 and I work in UAE
After Subject online status, I have received letter to wait for 6-12 months.
Can it take really upto 1 year from London VO? Any one can advise!

All applicants from LVO have received this letter. M1 got 6 to 12 months whereas M2 got 6 to 8 months. No one can say anything for sure what’s going on...... You can consider requesting CAIPS to know your BFD.

Although to a lesser extent, but probably 6 to 12 months letter is a good news. This is because all of the pre June 2010 applicants from London VO have received either of the following;
1- Ecas status showing in process followed by 6 to 12 month letter; or
2- Ecas status showing decision made, and more likely than not, followed by rejection letter based on discrepancies in job description.
So consider 6 to 12 months letter as a good news.

With regard to waiting period, I think no one can be sure. My gut feeling is though that it might take at least another year to complete the process as NOC 1111 is no longer a popular category in the eyes of CIC, apparent from the fact that MI1 and MI2 both excluded it from the list of occupation in demand.

Send London Visa Office a case specific query asking them about your status. May be ecas has some system problem and not updated properly.
