July 12 I got first email and replied the same day. Still waiting for the second email

Nope. I got my portal 1 july 24th and replied the same day. Waiting for portal 2 now.

it looks as if VO Montreal has some sortof queue or a schedule to send out portal 2 emails. This is often between 14-19 days.

what stream did you apply through? Express entry or non express entry?
