I think everybody, who is in the pool has got an email about an update with nothing actually having changed. Might be it was a technical glitch or something else that triggered these emails.

I'm at 382 and got this email yesterday. I got my hopes unrealistically high when I got this email but then I saw nothing has actually changed in the profile..
Is it a good news? Had people who got ITA before received such messages before getting ITAs?

Maybe not all but I got one too after weeks of ignoring / not checking my cic profile (389 here).

I will marry a Canadian instead, plan B.
