I'm not starting to find this funny at all.

I applied on March 22nd. My status hasn't changed from open!

Why on earth there's people arround here with study permits conceeded in 3 or 4 days? With all due respect but shouldn't europen countries such as mine (Portugal) get the permit really soon?

APplied from London (UK) and it's been a month. I should come back to India and then apply. It is really hard to wait such long time.

I apply within Canada, and change from work to study permit.

Hi,

Sure. So I applied from Portugal (that would be the Paris VOC - 4 weeks as avarge processing time) and I submitted my application on March 22nd.

I'm not asking for the visa now as I understand that it takes time but come on, at least a mere update!
