Hi,

I am in USA on H1B status and applied for CSQ (Buffalo). My fiance may not be able to come to USA but to Canada as visitor.

1. Can I go to Canada (Visit), marry her and add her to the process?

2. I do not know how long they give for such visa, but in case she needs to go back to Morocco, and then come back to canada later, what will happen after that to the Quebec immigration process?

It is little confusing but It will be appreciate to get your input

You cannot go to Canada on a visitor's visa and get married to your fiance. That has no legal standing. The best bet is to go back to your home country and get married there. Then add your spouse to the CSQ process. And your wife can easily get an H4 visa(visa for spouse) for travel to US.

However, I cannot go to my country for the risk of not getting my passport stamped.
