your Action is Required

Mycic status was showing “your action is required “ due to pending Biometric but now have completed Biometric & it’s updated with number & status complete. Got GU and status again showing “Your Action is required “ . No email or messages in account and have completed medicals , security, info sharing, criminality . Next step should be DM but now worried.Anyone in same situation?

Same here - I’m seeing the same message even though biometrics should have been updated. Guessing it’s a system bug?

I called IRCC today and the lady I spoke with told me that this means they are just waiting on an officer to link the biometrics to the profile. She said it’s not cause for concern and no further action is needed on my part. Just FYI
