Hi there,

After I submitted Police Certificates and Schedule background check, the CIC online account still show " your action is required"

It has been almost a month, the state still did not change.

Is this a normal situation?

Did you submit the documents through the online system? If you did, I know several people have missed that after you upload the documents, there is an extra step to actually submit them to IRCC. Did you do that?
If you sent through case specific enquiry or regular mail, I guess it could be that it's just not updated yet by the immigration agent.

Mine said 'your action is required' for months...Perfectly normal so nothing to worry about
