Hi!
When I lived in Europe I worked for a few international company via my self-employment (freelance). But me being in Canada, does it still allow me to work for Canadian companies via my self-employment in Europe, which means I'm not employed Canada, but creating invoices. I am interested if I can still do it if I am on IEC Young Professional closed work permit. Also, if I can do it when I am on visitor visa in Canada.

No - you cannot work for Canadian companies while in Canada on a Young Professional IEC. Your freelance work cannot involve Canadian companies / customers. Same rule applies to a visitor visa.

Does it mean that it is possible to freelance for non-Canadian companies? In that case, where to file taxes?
