You mean you're still getting the same reasons as the first time around? The ones you posted above? Let me expand on bellaluna's tips (just to cross the t's and dot the i's) -
+Make sure that you're using the number you get after your wizard completes to create the new EE profile.
+Make sure that you're using the same NOC you're using when going through the wizard.
+Make sure you are entering more than enough funds.
+Make sure your ECA (if applicable) number is entered correctly (although that shouldn't really be making you ineligible, at least at this point).

If these (and other tips that I invite other posters to share) don't help, then start with a new GCKey/new account altogether.

Best Wishes.
Hi,

I have some questions about the number that you put in for funds in EE profile. So I remembered there is question asking how much find you expected to bring to Canada?

I just wanna double confirm that I understanding it correctly. I am applying EE under cec and currently have a full time job( no LMIA), in this case, I don't fit the rule about the minimum funds that I need to have, right?

just to be sure. are you doing all this on the same computer, browser etc? Is it possible info is being stored in browser and you are missing this despite typing the new info? just a suggestion as on my pc when applying many of the responses where saved in the fields and sometimes I overlooked this when trying to change it.

Can you go to a completely different computer you have not used for this, write down the new info you are going to input on some paper (so you can cross check) and then from there create a new application there and see if this still happens.

It may be because you are not meeting the FSWP 67/100 requirement. Check this link to see how much you score on this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp
