Hi everyone!
I just submitted (Sept-01) my profile for Express entry and received this response "You are not eligible for Express Entry at this time". I'm not sure why, because I tried many score calculators and all of them told me to appear eligible.

The data submitted is as follow:
Immigration program Express Entry:
*Personal details:
-29 years old
-Never married/Single
-Passport and ID
-Family members: 1 (only me)
-34000 Canadian dollars (funds)
-No relatives in Canada

*Study and Languages:
-2 Bachelor degrees with ECA, one is not related to the main NOC. (Does choosing between part-time and full-time study make any difference?
I have a Master ongoing, so without ECA, does it help to gain points?)
-Language test taken (IELTS General)
Date of language test results: 01-Jun-2019
Score Listening: 6.5
Score Reading: 7.0
Score Writing: 7.0
Score Speaking: 6.5

*Application details:
-In provinces and territories of interest (I picked): Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, All Provinces and Territories
-Received a nomination certificate from territory/province: no

*Work history:
-Primary Occupation: 9232 Central control and process operators, petroleum, gas and chemical processing.
-What is this date??: Date PERSON’S NAME first became qualified to practice in this occupation
If the "primary occupation" is:
-a qualified trade (four-digit code begins with 632, 633, 72, 73, 82, 92), this is the date they became qualified to practice on their own in Canada. (For example, when they moved from apprentice to being a licensed tradesperson.)
-any other job, this is the date they first obtained the minimum education or training stated in the NOC description. (Note: if the NOC only states high school, this is the date they graduated.)???

-certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?: no
-job offer in Canada?: no
-Work history: 1 year and 9 months in NOC 9232 (which I’m applying for)
2 years in NOC 9212
The whole period (3 years and 9 months) could fit in NOC 9232, which is the one I’m applying for as Primary Occupation. Is it better to count them as only one NOC?
I put 84 hrs per week because I worked on the field in 12 hours shifts.

Thank you so much in advance!!!

There's the problem, friend.

People who apply via Federal Skilled Trades with only foreign experience need to have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province in order to be eligible. That means that you would have to go to Canada and pass the certification exam before being eligible to apply.

(I think that's how it works because a friend is applying that way)

EDIT: ooops, thought your where applying via FST, I see that your main NOC is a NOC-B
