I saw your country name (Sweden) on the list between Swaziland and Switzerland. Please double check once again. Regarding to your address, you did the best thing by sent them a case specific enquiry, it is the best way to contact CIC, unfortunately, they don’t respond to address correction but it doesn’t mean that they did not get it. Relax and wait for them to contact you back.
Cheers,

I hope that you get it right. I got my CSQ on May first 2009 and my ex-wife refused to sign papers for the federal. It took me 8 months to finally apply by the end of December of the same year. I have to divorce before the PPR on June 22nd 2010 and I landed on July 17th. I believe that God has a plan for me. I have the hope that your case will be different from my and that you will hear from them very soon. I did my papers from the US.
Cheers my friend,

You will need to stay in Quebec and if you decided not to you may lose your CSQ and ultimately your Health insurance.
Cheer my friend,

Beauhoe,

Am I allowed to stay anywhere in QUEBEC after landing, in my application i have stated to live in Natiola Capital.............. can I change my mind and live in monterial instead (Still within Quebec).

As far as you are going to be in Quebec, you have no problem.
