Where did you attend university? Is it high ranking? You may have a decent chance, I recommend you to apply
Will my backlogs be a problem? I completed my engineering from an indian college, of that's what you are asking
How can I say? I can't see the future. Obviously it is better to have no backlogs than having them. Master in Computer Science is very competitive
