So at start of Oct the FSW NOC 2171 was around ~ 375
Start of Nov it reached around ~ 500
Last week (Mid Nov) it was ~ 550. November has not even finished yet and its a 1000 full cap all of a sudden (Last week Nov)? :o What great transparency they have. ::)

The numbers they published were absolutely irrelevant, it seems to take ages before they update all the data. But this NOC should have been capped exactly like that, I've been monitoring the Spreadsheet statistics and caps estimates...

What blunder? CIC is finally getting it straight and doing what should be done. It's a good thing they closed the NOC knowing that they have already received enough applications to fill the cap. The alternative would be not closing the cap and then allowing people to still send in the applications only to return them a few months from now due to cap filled.

Looks like this is how immigration works..

Paitence, Pain Disappointment.

I am disappointed too.. For 2173 .. Which got capped overnight and gave us no chance...

An early update of Cap would have saved us lot of time and tension.

Its a blunder if it goes from 550 to 1000 in a week. Thats not helpful given that it shows its half full and all of a sudden full. 550 gave the impression that there is still room in there for half more. I know you have your spreadsheets and all but thats also an estimate. The right way should be that the system updates itself as applications are processed. I do not believe that they went though 450 applications in a week and closed it then. Either they were wrong about 550 before or they are wrong about 1000 now. Nevertheless CIC has proved to be an inefficient bunch.
