Apparently they are refusing to respond to even webform. I just got reply for a past inquiry and they didn't answer my question at all. They said it's not urgent.

Yeah. They seem to totally have focused resources to the refugee program. They won't even respond to my webform inquiry.
fully blocked now. Neither we can connect over phone nor webform response is expected. Wanted to know what was the last GU. Anyone else seeing any GU ?
I just received the portal email asking for information, and I logged on to the cic account and saw a ghost update today (not sure when that happened)

Please share the notes if possible…why they mentioned review required? What exactly they can’t validate
My notes were generated on 21 Aug and I received them on 1 Sep, There was an update on 27 Aug, I do not know what that was about.

12 July - case analyst reviewed my files and he/she has "recommended pass", maybe that is why the status of eligibility is review required
23 July - File moved to Yellowknife
26 July - I requested GCMS notes
21 Aug -GCMS notes generated
27 Aug - There was an update ( "August 27, 2021 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided", The addl document is RCMP certificate)No Ghost update.
1 Sep - Received GCMS notes
None, sorry I was so discouraged I took some time off all things PR this weekend. Anything on your end?
