Years of experience

Here is the deal, as a teacher my spouse only works what's equivalent to a school year. Is this considered a whole year of experience? or do we have to count the months and go from there? which in that case to have 2 years of experience she would have to work 3 years.

If your wife is employed as a full time staff then she is. everybody knows that there will always be holiday in school calendar that does not make teaching a part time job. In fact most teachersgo to school during holiday to do more reaserch as per following term work.
