yar actually I did apply for september 2 year ago...but i dint applied for visa due ti some reason....and i dint differ my admission....now i applied again in the same program...with application fees etc for september session....after some days of applying....i found my old LOA...so things came in mind...to email scan copy of this letter and insist them to offer again....and really this is fruitful for me...5 days ago...uni of regina replied possitively and accept to send LOA for september again.....but yar when will they send?????
