MR Abicool "ABHINAV CONSULTANCY" it's one of the "fraudulent consultancy", My experience very bad i met a person in ielts exam hall, with his advice i paid 45000rs credit card payment swiped in the next day, Next 3 day they create my profile for express entry in cic pool, one waste fellow she's created my profile in express entry she had done total messed up in my profile, she doesn't enter my passport number correctly think how they are stubit. THIS IS THE BEAUTIFUL PART : After the 1st draw result released, I call the consultancy ask whether did i get any updates in my profile, what she said it was shocked me "she said i have to wait for the 1st draw result" I told her the result already released yesterday it's self. i decided not to continue with the abhinav any more. Apart from that they won't refund Ur money back.

MY ADVICE PLEASE DON'T GOTO ABHINAV:
better u could do it Ur self and the Canada visa forum will help much more then expect from any consultancy

I really appreciate the brave and bold feedbacks for the Consultants. Its really an eye opener . This all mess comes in to a pic due to this new process of EE. Everybody says its quick after an ITA , but the crux of the matter is that for an FSW applicant it is a looking way to receive an ITA as discussed earlier in this forum that more or less all FSW aspirants fall somewhere 300 to 450 points only. However the competition is going to be more tough when people who lost their chances in FSW2014 will bang on creating their profiles under EE.So it seems quite difficult that the next draws will reduce the cut offs of last draw.Hence for all FSW applicants it seems to be essential that either having a job offer with LMIA or a province nomination. Ideally it is well accepted that creating profile on our own is not at all difficult but one has to sit ideal or searching for a job in Canada since province nomination is quite a lengthy process.

These crap consultants have caught the essence that they can avail you an LMIA.If anyone from Gujarat, India. They must have heard the name of "Marconi's institute" they claim to get us LMIA we don't know what is the truth but one really gets tempted with such offers as they all know how difficult to get urself on board for ITA after launching of this EE.

Look, I have already got Australian PR on my own. I filed from India.
I am in Canada currently on ICT visa, and I have applied for Canadian PR too.
My Medical is passed, and I am waiting for the next stage with my fingers crossed.

Believe me guys, please don't waste your hard earned money. Instead, donate it to poor.

Being a former client of one of the above mentioned consultancies,
I'd like to tell you a couple of things :

They send hundreds of applications daily to immigration offices and know all the tricks of the game.
They have contacts to make sure you have all documents and at times get you a job offer from the country you want to be in.
They promise to help you setting down once you emigrate.

However, with their fees between 1 to 1.5 lakh, if, for some reason, your file returns, they don't provide full refund.
They return only 40% of your money, no matter who is it at fault for the return of your application. (Refund process usually takes 5 months)
They will change their consultant every two-three months, so you don't deal with the same employee for a long time.
They might sit on your file for weeks for no reason, and say our XYZ employee is on leave, hence the delay.
But if your file returns because the NOC got capped out, they'll not accept that the delay was caused on their side.

I can go on like this, but the bottomline is:
Yes, I personally know people who are now in Canada / Australia who have gone through these consultancies,
however, they are not as powerful and professional as they want their customers to believe.

More importantly, Express Entry procedure is so simple, any one can file their own application.
And if you need some guidance, I believe people of this forum are doing a fantastic job.

I have used services of on of this agency , and not once .. thrice on three different occasions.

Let me tell you very honestly, this is nothing other than money making game .. NONE can give you any guarantee of ITA or job or PR.. if someone is claiming , they are just fooling.

Yes , what you save is ( in case you are not so sure of handling various technicalities of the application process) stress of filling up the lengthy application process . IELTS is under your control , similarly visit WES site of Canada , get your ECA done . You need the original transcripts from your University , you can pay online and once you get the transcript in sealed envelope as per prescribed forms of WES , courier them to Canada for evaluation .. this takes roughly about 4 weeks . But this is a must . This is only a little complicated process .. there are couple of good firms in Canada also who does everything on your behalf ( managed by Indians ) , you can check with them also .. You must do the filing once your IELTS and ECA is through , not before that ..

@ dream2015 - I am from Gujarat... I had started my visa process for Canada Immigration in January 2013 with Marconi's Institute... I was eligible for FSW (that I came to know few months back) but still they started my process in FSTP which is still complex and next to impossible to achieve if u don't have LMIA or CoQ... after waiting n constant follow up of 20 months, they told me my file was sent back from embassy as my visa fees demand draft was expired... I scored 6 band each in my last IELTS... but then I enquired & came to know that my file was never sent to CIC, Nova Scotia but it was kept with Marconi's associates at Canada... This whole process made me so frustrated... I lost almost 2 years & thousands of rupees (60000 Rs precisely & still trying to recover big amount) for trusting such fraud consultant... if anyone is from Gujarat is thinking to approach Marconi's, beware ... Staff are morons n main person Mrs Neha Patel is very wicked... it's not only my story but fellow applicants also suffer from this pain... Marconi's put advertisement in newspaper very frequently these days and same false info n commitments are showing...

Think twice before go there n visit other consultants...
