Hi everyone , my name is Faraz and I am from lahore, Pakistan.
I have a bachelor's degree in computer science and have 1.5 years of experience as an IT consultant.
surely can achieve IELTS Score 7.0 in both academic or general.
I am not sure whether I should apply for MASTER STUDIES or for Immigration.
My sister (PR) is living in Ontario and my cousins (citizen) are living in Saskatchewan. Although my preference is immigration Express Entry FSW or any other Saskatchewan skilled worker program.

Kindly guide accordingly

Without knowing your CRS impossible to advise. To do a masters program you will have had to receive high 70s if not 80% or higher to be accepted. CRS scores above 440 are usually being admitted but you may qualify for provincial programs given your IT skills.

and for Saskatchewan program it was 72/100.
now there are multiple programs which are confusing me.
another 1 is Quebec progeam.

please suggest or recommend fro which I should apply.

With your score you will likely ave to look at each provincial program unless you can raise your score closer to 440.

so u are saying each canadian province has its own scores and merits just like Saskatchewan program. right

can we create more then 1 profile at a time ? or we have to apply for 1 by 1

IELTS could be higher to get more points. Yes each province has their own program based on their own needs in the labour market. You will have to look up the various programs online.

Highest degree. You won't get additional separate points for your high school education.

Its better to do Educational Credential Attestation(ECA) to get this answer..
