X-rays and document

Hi, I got medical checkup first as instructed by the consultant without applying for visa launch even my documents are all ready, but I failed the x-ray test which they say I might have tb which I don’t have in my life. But the question is I have to wait for almost three months and give the 2nd x-ray test. And do I have to make the latest date documents which I have done collecting all like bank statements.

So what is your question? What permit are you applying for? Nothing you can do until your x-ray is clear.

Okay but if I get passed with the test do I need to apply with latest bank document as I already done with the documents

What are you applying for? PR? Once you pass the x-ray, the file will move forward.

No I am not applying for pr. I want to apply for subsequent visa but my consultant said I need new document like bank statements all new date. I did medical test before launching visa. I don’t know how the consultant got my Hap-ID before launching visa and when I got failed in the medical test, he said I need all new documentation’s especially bank statements with new dates.( latest date)

Never heard of a subsequent visa. Is that a closed work permit with LMIA?

It’s okay sir or madam. Subsequent visa means dependent visa. I am really appreciate with the help. What can I do to passed the 2nd medical test especially x-ray. How to remove spots and mucus

Again no such thing a dependant visa. Assume it is spouse open work permit and your spouse is in Canada. To pass, your x-ray needs to be clear and IME doctor prove that you no longer have TB. If you have TB, you will be given medication.
