I too am having a difficult time with WWICS. I would never suggest them to anyone, not even my enemies. They have a strong marketing team and they will lure you to their trap. But their operations team in India is a bunch of unprofessionals. They take the upfront payment, they don’t give you access to the profile and wait till last minute to submit the documents. They make you feel helpless. I had to literally beg them to send me my ITA letter and the checklist. They don’t answer calls or emails. Every time I need to visit their office in Chandigarh to know about the progress of documentation.
