Wrong worker visa stamp on passport

Hi i have sent my passport for pgwp worker visa stamping in the ottawa center. But when my passport has returned it contains visitor visa stamping instead of worker stamp. Now i am confused whom should i contact to rectify this mistake and correct the right worker stamp. I have called them but nobody picks up the call. Can anybody let me know any email or any other method by which i can send my passport back for right stamping. Thanks

You will get your actual Work Permit at the POE ONLY after answering questions to BSA.

1. You will be fine, there is note on the CIC site about TRV category that it doesn't matter if it is V! S1 or W! will be valid for entry. I can't find the reference now, but it was posted on this site in the last couple of days.

Can you please share how long it took IRCC office in Ottawa to send your passport back after it's been delivered to them?
and if you don't mind What was the Signatory name tge person who received your passport?
I've sent my passport and I'm very anxious about it and the Signatory name I got is SCI ELEMENT not IRCC
Please share your experience I'm so worried about my passport
