Wrong Wes evaluation report

Guys,
I have received my Wes evaluation report yesterday after waiting for almost a month. All my excitement flushed away the moment I chekced that Wes had reported my 2 years MBA degree as 1 year diploma certificate.
I immediately mailed them and highlighted the issue.
What is surprising here is that many of my batch mates from the same Institution received 2 years MBA in their evaluation report. I am completely clueless what's happening.
Has anyone experienced such a situation then pls suggest what to do.
I recalculated my CRS and it has fallen by 7 points owing to this erroneous report

From June 2018 they are doing this shitty thing to everyone from India. Even i faced the same issue. I don't know the logic behind this. Even I got pgdm for my masters when my seniors from same University got MBA.

So did u write to Wes regarding this, received any response from them? This
is is so unethical at their part, they expect us to be totally honest and fair in all proceedings but this is what their standards are.

I did not bother since they are not replying positively from what i have read on this forum and since my points were above 456 so it didn't affect my CRS score that much.
You can try out another assessing body, they do give Masters equivalent but their process is a bit slow
