wrong spelling on my wife's middle name immigrant visa?

Hi Everyone,

May I know if it is a big deal having a wrong middle name on immigrant visa? Her middle name is Dela Cruz but on the visa it is Dela Curz.
Here is our situation. We are already in Edmonton, Canada as a Foreign Worker and just got our Immigrant Visa last week and we noticed that her Middle Name spelled wrong.

Is it a big deal?
Do we need to fix it?
if yes How?
