Wrong PCC request, LOE recieved. What next?

Hi everyone. We got a request to fill schedule A background forms and uploaded them almost immediately. We also recieved a wrong PCC request for a country we had never been to because the IRCC agent assumed that my husband had been there because his employer's address was the netherlands. We sent in a letter of explanation with details of where the job was domiciled to that effect via courier and didn't recieve any confirmation from CIC. However, we called today and they confirmed that the letter of explanation pointing out the error was uploaded to our file last week.
What will be the next step? We were asked to upload that PCC by the end of August. Now that our LOE has been recieved and uploaded to our file, will we go into PPR soon or will we need to wait till the end of August which was the deadline for recieving the PCC? At what stage do you think we were when the extra PCC was requested?
NB: we included the PCC for other countries we had spend over 6 months in when we submitted our initial EE application.

IRCC Never accepts any document by post or courier.all documents has to be uploaded via webforms only.How did you know what document is uploaded.
Please get it clarified from call centre agent.

Most likely at R10/IP1 stage.
You may check myCIC to view My Submitted Application documents folder.
If the status is UPLOADED then it is fine.
The Additional Doc Request status should read *Your submitted doc is being reviewed*

Thanks @prkartik. However, that's not totally true. IRCC requested that we either upload the PCC ourselves or get the issuing country to send it to them directly at Sydney, NS. We raised a CSE with the same explanation and also sent the signed LOE (which the IRCC recommended a few weeks ago). They suggested the hard copy mail would be acted upon faster and I can confirm that's the one they have on file as the agent read it back to me to confirm it was the one I was asking after. IRCC may update your file without it reflectig on your MyCIC account. That's the reason why people order GCMS notes sometimes.
