I got my passports back from New Delhi embassy after stamping and found that the immigrant visa and the COPR has the passport number wrongly entered. Two digits has been interchanged. I have raised an CSE to both ottawa and the New Delhi embassy before a week, but there are no replies yet? How long do they normally take to respond to CSE?? And is there any way to take an appointment at Delhi embassy and get it corrected??
I had called the embassy, but the operators doesn't seem to have much idea. Is there anyone who faced similar problem? How did you resolve it? Please advise.
