Wrong name spellings on my job offer and experience letter >> Problem ?

So I was looking through my prior offer/experience letters, and noticed that for one of my jobs which I did about 6 years ago, my first name is spelt incorrectly on both my offer and experience letter. I spell my first name as Ahmad, however most people in Pakistan write it as Ahmed - a version which I hate, but have come to live with.

As my passport shows my first name as 'Ahmad', I assume this will present a problem. So what can I do to resolve this ? The company where I worked is still in my locality.

I agree zaki, it's not a simple straightforward procedure at times, but still we have to try

Get a letter from your company which states that your name was misspelled unintentionally and have your company hr sign this paper... Attach it with your experience certificate when submitting documents
