Wrong information

I'm currently renewing my study permit and having some problems right now. I just notice that my name on my proof of medical exam, doesn't match with my name in the passport. To be more specific, my name in the passport is:
Last name: NGUYEN
Given name: ANH MINH
However, in my medical document they mixed that up, instead of putting down ANH MINH, they put down MINH ANH. My question is: is this mistake going to affect my application? If anyone knows about this, please help me right way.

What do you mean by not really? Can you please be more specific? My friend told me that if the information doesn't match then an interview might be called and i'm leaving Canada by the end of this month so i really can't afford to do that...

Just because your name is written in a correct but reverse order, do you think if CIC should call you for an interview and waste time and resources.
