Hello Everyone,

I am inland CEC applicant, received ITA on February 2021, and submitted my application and received my AOR on March 6th 2021. I attached my reference letter with my T4 and all my whole year's pay stubs on my employment record section when submitting my application.

This morning I received an email from my company that saying the tax year of 2020's T4 they had issued were wrong, they did not include the last pay dat of Dec 31st, 2020 in the employment income section. A new T4 will be issued on the week of March 22nd to 26th.

May I please ask that should I raise a CSE form and upload my new T4 when the time I received it, or what should I can do in this case?

Please advise, thank you everyone.

I personally don't think this is that big a deal. However when you get the new T4, you can certainly submit it to IRCC with an explanation.

Thank you so much for replying. I will definitely do so.

May I please ask one more thing for advice?
When I submit my new T4 using CSE, should I delete and replace my original's file old T4, and re-submit the whole employment record pdf (total around 30 pages),
or should I just upload my new T4 with an LOE saying like "This T4 will be replacing the original pdf's wrong T4 on pages 5 something like that(Total 2 pages)?

Simply explain the original T4 provided by your employer had an error and that you received an updated/corrected one and you are submitting it.
You can re-do the whole file and simply indicate this replaces page # of whatever document that is.

It's not a big deal, don't worry too much.

Hi,
Can you also please advise me as I started my current job in Dec 2019, and have just received the T4 for the year 2020 this week, so I didn't include it in my application submitted in Feb. I am just thinking if I should raise the webform and submitted the T4, even though I submitted both a reference letter and another letter from HR to confirm my original hire date.

I heard another guy shared that he was asked to submit the T4 and think his application would be processed faster if he added his T4 early. Any recommendation ?.Thank you.

It is your obligation to provide enough supporting documents for the stuff you claimed points for. A process as simple as raising a Webform to submit your T4, which is good evidence supporting your work experience, is something you shouldn't really have any doubts about.

You have many reason to do it, what reason do you have not to?
