Wrong father name in BirthCertificate

Hi,my wife father name in all her documents including her passport and marriage certificate is Rajesh Kumar but in her birth certificate it is Rajesh Chandra.I am not abel to change her dad name Rajesh Chandra to Kumar.Please assist me what should I do????
