I had a wrong date stamp on passport when I went travel in 2011. Can anyone please let me know if it can cause any trouble when the officer compares the stamps on your passport and what on the residency calculator?

If it's a Canadian stamp then go to your nearest CBSA office and get it corrected. Same thing happened to me and the officer at the airport put a new correct stamp quickly and cancelled the incorrect one. My was dated in the future so he didn't really ask me for proof of anything, although I guess they just check against their own records and verify that your claim is true.

Unfortunately it was from a foreign country and I didn't notice it till applying for the citizenship :(

You have to find another way to prove that the stamp date is wrong (if asked by officer which most likely will happen). For example your flight tickets, a letter from the airline you took to travel, etc.
