Wrong CRS for Human Capital - Level of Education

Hi there, I'm Nicolas. I'm currently encountering an issue with my CRS score on my Express Entry profile. I'm currently getting only 90 points in the "Human Capital - Level of Education" section, where, instead, I should be getting either 120 or 128.

I've got an Bachelor's degree in Colombia and a 1 year Canadian diploma. These two degrees should give me at least 120 points under the option "Bachelor's degree (three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute)" or 128 points under "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years".

The only reason that I can think of for the CRS to be wrong is that these two courses had time overlaps. I started my Bachelor's degree in JAN-2017 and finished it on APR-2021 (That's the graduation date. I actually finished the course on DEC-2020). On the other hand, I started my Canadian diploma in JAN-2020 and finished it on Dec-2020. So, as you can tell, 2020 was an overlap year for both degrees, which I don't know if it can cause any issues with the CRS results.

Does anybody have an idea of what could be happening? I'll attach my EE education form.

Thanks!

You need an ECA to count your degree.

Oh, yes, Nicolas is right, I was also wondering about my points count. But ECA is important here, I hope you got the right number. Btw, I also did two courses with time overlap. And it was pretty hard. Only additional sources with student help saved me from exclusion... I've recently sawed a post about worse results of tests on math in the schools of Baltimore and realized I'm not as bad as I thought...:D

Okay, now my brother faced such a problem. I think everyone was wondering how to count it in the right way...

Hello, I am guiding a close friend preparation for her PR application. However, after creating her profile to wait for her 1 year Canadian work experience to be complete by April 30, 2024 it's giving her 128 points for B.SC education instead of 120 as seen in the calculator. We even had to withdraw the old profile and did a new one but it still gave her 128 instead of 120. But the calculator says 120 for B.Sc education, we are not sure if we are doing something wrong.
Below is what we filled, I really want to confirm before she gets invited so she is not refused.

Please is this normal?
