Written Authorization for ETA extended family.

Can anyone help me?
My boyfriend and I applied for the Extended Family Written Authorization in December, its been about a month ano we haven’t heard anything back yet. So we sent another email with additional proof of our relationship on the IRCC Web Messages just like they instructed, but has this taken a long time for others? Should we be worried? Is there someone I can contact? Or any advice?

He also already has his ETA from previous travel to Canada.
Our timeline:
Dec 19, 2020 - first application
Jan 12, 2021 - resent email to IRCC with original and additional information.
