Writing Name - Photograph

I know we are suppose to write the name on the back of the photograph. Can we just write it with initials or do we need to write the full name?

Full name. I have a long name but managed to fit in one line. If your's longer then make two lines.

I don't know why you think initials is ok. The CIC website states clearly you need to print your name, not your initials.
