I have applied WP from usa, now the processing time is 15 weeks

when the processing date will start? from the application submit date or biometrics date?

Hello: I got my PP back today stamped with Visa.
Keep aside full two weeks from the day you sent mail for payment link till you got back your PP.

Like 5 + 5 Working days ignoring holidays
