WP.Rejected Twice.Applied again.chances of getting Visa?

This s my first message on this wonderful forum,which helped me a lot to gather information about Canada immigration.

My History
Wp applied - JAN 07 ,2013 in VFS Chennai,INDIA
Post - cook
Refused on- FEB 14, 2013
Reason -Not able to submit the docs.to meet the requirements of job

Re applied with additional docs. - April 5,2013 applied ONLINE via a Representative
Refused on -April 30,2013
Reason -same as above
Re-Applied Again -May 14,2013 Applied via Online via Representative with strong Supporting documents.
Waiting for the result

Am a Bsc hotel management graduate, having experince of arround 7 yrs, which includes work experience in cruise liners, 5starhotels, singapore etc...
Am totally confused , depressed with regards to my application got rejected twice.
Need help , plz post ur opinions n suggestion regarding the chances of getting Visa
Spent a whole year and lots of money .but not able to understand VO ,since i have decent education n work experience background
Suggestions plz my friends

Where is your work experience as a cook? Hotel management is nice, but has nothing to do with being a cook. Do you have any training for a cook? Did you send in employer letters telling about your jobs as a cook?

I do have experience as cook.i have submitted the proof and some photos taken during the work.
I worked inside the kitchen almost 7 yrs
I had submitted the proofs like work experince certificates, photos,paystubs,apppoinment letters etc....
I aso included cover letter with explanation ...

Did you submit all your experience letters during your first application? Was it with positive LMO? I too have applied for my WP with LMO, but I could not furnish reference letters with roles and responsibilities from my old employers. There are some constraints. So I submitted only experience letters which do not mention my job roles and responsibilities. I am concerned if this will impact in any way. However, I submitted my earlier Canadian WP which was for the same kind of job but different company.

Does your situation match with mine? Your reply will be helpful.

Yes.i have submitted all my experience certificates first time itself....also with positive lmo....
My lmo explains my positions as cook and some job responsibilities....My experiences certificate never have the explanations of duties n resposebilities of my job.....so second time i filed with some reference letters from prev.employers mentioning duties n responsebilities.....but visa refused again with the same reason....i have friends who got visa without proper qualifications both interms of experince and education...so IMO It depends upon how lucky you are.....keep faith in god

It seems very scary to me. I have to wait and see. As you said, its all on luck. Was it an online or paper application?

Ist time applied at vfs centre paper application...2nd &3rd time via online....i think online moves much faster than paper...today completed 90 days of waiting .....still no response ..May due to ongoing strike...

I know a guy who got visa in 3rd attempt. First two applications were for same employer with the same LMO but the 3rd application was with different employer though the both positions (FCA) were same.

I was wondering did you submit IELTS result with your application.

No ....i havent done ielts.....it was 5 of us who had submitted application for the same employer{on different date}.But all of us got refused....2nd attempt also same result....its only me, who applied for 3rd time....Others lost their hope.....
