WP online abudhai -Application refused

Guys

I got rejection letter from abudhabi Vo stating that he is not satisfied that I will come back from canada at finish of my WP.

My financial assests was the reason he has choosen to reject.

Please guide can we send clerification for this or need to reapply with the new appli and fee???

Its my bf's application. He aplien nov 20 2013 and no reply yet. Our God is great. Nothing is impossible with Him.
