i have positive LMO and CAQ for my new work permit also i have old work permit and old valid TRV till end of 2013, my question is, can i apply for new work permit from point of entry then apply for new TRV later by mail, because i need to travel soon.

Good to know you have received your CAQ/LMO. Could you please post your timeline of obtaining your CAQ/LMO?
I am waiting for my new CAQ/LMO. It would be great if you could post your timeline...
