WP after refusing Study permit

I've been refused 2 times for TRV and one time for study permit.
Do I have reduced chances to obtain WP because of these refusals or these are not related?

VO notes for study permit application:
...he already has a university degree in economics and is currently working as a stock trader. It is difficult to see what benefit he would gain by taking a course for a graduate certificate in Canada. There is no logical explanation as to why he has to take that course while similar opportunities exist in closer countries. I consider that this is an attempt to go to Canada with the intention of remaining there. I do not consider he is a bona fide student.''
Reasons for refusal: purpose of visit, limited employment opportunities in your country.

Previous TRV application - wanted to study short time securities related course and to visit a friend, refused-reason: purpose of visit.

Yes - unfortunately you have a reduced chance for a work permit. It looks like you're trying to do everything you can to come to Canada. To be approved for a work permit, you must show that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans to remain in Canada long term.
