My sister who is living in Lao. She got a job offer from my friend to work in Thai, Lao, Vietnamese restaurance in Niagra fall as a cooker for 3 years. But she had a husband and a son ? Can she bring her husband and son to go Canada with her ?
Any people know about this ..please give me her a answer . Thank you in advance.

Yes... legally and technically she can do it. But maybe she should not apply for them right now.

Canada Immigration law says that with her type of job she can bring her family. This does not mean automatically they will get the visa. They only have the right to apply to ask for one.

Does your sister speak any English? Are you living in Niagara Falls too?

Yes she had a basic english course..... I will tell her to apply.
